Technical Implementation
Built with a Node.js backend and React frontend, utilizing MongoDB for data storage. SAWO Labs provides passwordless authentication, while Twilio enables video calling and SMS notifications. Stripe handles secure payment processing. Bootstrap ensures a responsive, accessible interface.
How It Works
- Patients sign up using SAWO passwordless authentication
- Browse available doctors and their specializations
- Pay consultation fee via Stripe
- Send consultation request to selected doctor
- Doctor reviews patient queue and opens video room
- Doctor sends meeting ID to patient via Twilio SMS
- Patient enters meeting ID to join video consultation
- Access COVID-19 guidelines through Dasha AI integration
